  • What are your opening hours?

    We’re available via email 24/7 and can be reached Mon-Sun 8am-6pm for calls and appointments.

  • What kind of cleaning products do you use?

    95% of our cleaning products are 100% naturally made and free of additives and chemicals, designed to preserve human health and environmental quality.

  • How many people will be cleaning my home/office?

    Our cleaning teams consist of 1-3 cleaning technicians, depending on the size of your home. On average there will be 2 cleaning technicians.

  • Will you use my cleaning products and/or vacuum?

    We happily provide state of the art cleaning equipment, however, can use your equipment if preferred.

  • Are your cleaners trained?

    Our cleaners are highly trained and go through an extensive 60 hour training course. In addition, our cleaners are continuously trained throughout the year to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Are your cleaners background checked?

    Yes! All cleaners go through a national and local background check.

  • Are my personal belongings safe with your cleaners?

    Yes! We’ve been in business for quite a while and have never had any related incident. We value the safety and security of your personal belongings and will always make it a top priority.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Never! Our promise to always do a great job is the only agreement in place.

  • Do you work on weekends?

    Yes!

  • Can I leave my pets at home during the cleaning?

    Yes! We love pets and will treat them as our own.

  • What if i’m not satisfied?

    If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and will happily resolve the issue. If you’re out of town, please notify us with 48 hours of being home.
